Edit a Custom Report

 
1.     Make sure the custom report you want to edit is highlighted.
 
2.     To open and begin editing the custom report, choose one of the following options:
 
·     Click Edit on the Ribbon.
 
·     Right-click in the listing pane, and select Edit from the drop-down menu that appears.
 
3.       The Custom Report dialog box will open.
 
4.       Click the Edit button to open the custom report or the Cancel button if you have selected the wrong report.
 
5.     Make changes to the Report Name, Report Category, and Report Description fields as needed.
 
6.     If the report’s query has been modified in Analysis Expert, click Update Queries at the bottom of the window. This will modify the report to reflect the updated query.
 
7.     To modify the design of the report, click Design at the bottom of the window.
 
8.       Make the appropriate changes in the Custom Report Designer.
 
9.       Store the custom report for access at a later date by clicking Save  on the Ribbon, or click File and then Save from the drop-down menu that appears.
